**Usually 5 to 10 business days**, depending on your bank, before the refund shows as a credit on your statement.

- **Charge disappeared, no credit visible?** If the refund was made shortly after the charge, it may appear as a *reversal*: the original charge simply vanishes and no separate credit is shown.
- **Refund didn't go through?** If your bank can't process it, the amount is returned to your account balance with us. This can take up to 30 days from the refund request.
