Billing & paymentsHow long does a credit card refund take?
Usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, before the refund shows as a credit on your statement. - Charge disappeared, no credit visible? If the refund was made shortly after the charge, it may appear as a reversal: the original charge simply vanishes and no separate credit is shown. - Refund didn't go through? If your bank can't process it, the amount is returned to your account balance with us. This can take up to 30 days from the refund request. - Need proof for your bank? We can provide an ARN (see the related article). 📖 Full guide: Credit Card Refunds
Billing & paymentsWhat is an ARN and how do I get one for my refund?
An ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) lets your bank trace a refund. - Available for Visa and Mastercard refunds - Ready 1 to 3 business days after the refund was started - Not available for reversals (where the charge simply disappeared) To request one, open a ticket at support.bamboozle.me with the invoice number. 📖 Full guide: Credit Card Refunds

Cloud serversWhy wasn't my SSH key added to my VM?
SSH keys are injected only when you deploy from a template or a boot volume – not when installing from an ISO. For ISO installs, add your key inside the OS after installation. Also good to know: deleting a key in the panel does not remove it from VMs that already use it. Keys work for both Linux and Windows. 📖 Full guide: Managing SSH keys
Getting started & supportWhich locations can I deploy in?
Our public cloud is available in three locations: - UAE, Dubai (DX1) - UAE, Fujairah (FJ1) - Austria, Vienna (VIE2) The location you choose decides where your data is physically stored and affects latency for your users. You pick it when creating a server. 📖 Full guide: Public Cloud
