Usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, before the refund shows as a credit on your statement.
- Charge disappeared, no credit visible? If the refund was made shortly after the charge, it may appear as a reversal: the original charge simply vanishes and no separate credit is shown.
- Refund didn't go through? If your bank can't process it, the amount is returned to your account balance with us. This can take up to 30 days from the refund request.
